Refunds

All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, if there is a genuine emergency and/or if the event is full and we can re-sell your ticket, we may - at our sole discretion - consider a refund. This is because we take on financial obligations based on your booking, and we want to make sure we can cover our commitments. Please note that all tickets are transferable so you can give or sell your ticket to anyone you like - all we ask is that you let us know the contact details of the new owner.

Ticketing

There are a limited number of tickets to each event, and if all tickets have been sold when you make your booking we may be unable to accept it, even if payment has been made. In this case we would return your fee as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you prefer, we may be able to wait-list you for an available place should one become available.

Cancellation and Alteration

If we unable to put on an event as advertised, we will either give you as much refund as possible after meeting our obligations, or transfer your ticket to another event of similar quality and value. This may include replacing the original event with a similar one at a later date, and/or substituting the original event with one where the advertised speaker appears live by video link, supported if neccessary by suitably qualified additional personel. Wherever possible we will attempt to keep to the originally advertised dates, times and venues, but in some rare cases it may be neccessary to change the date, time, and/or venue, sometimes at short notice.

Well Being

Our events are spiritual in nature and are not designed to address any issues of mental, emotional, or physical wellbeing which should properly be treated by your usual health professionals, for example your doctor or your therapist. By taking part in any of our events you accept full responsibility for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while participating in the event. We also advise you that no medical professionals of any kind will be in attendance at our events. If you have any questions or concerns about this please contact a member of our staff who will be happy to help you.

Website

While we have taken every possible care to ensure the accuracy of this website, please excuse any errors or omissions - and we'd be grateful to know so we can put them right! The content of third-party websites is beyond our control and may change and/or be unavailable from time to time. Please let us know if you find any links that don't work so we can update them. Any third-party products and services listed on this website are are mentioned in good faith and for your convenience. They are not intended to represent an exhaustive list of available products and services, and do not represent specific recommendations or endorsements unless specifically stated, as we may not have tried them ourselves. Usually, we are simply passing on information that we have researched from other sources

Data Protection

Your personal information (data) will be stored on our computers in the UK and used to process your booking and to send out your tickets. If you have asked to receive advance notifications of future events we will email about these you from time to time. This may include information about selected, relevant events promoted by other companies but we never give out your details to any third parties. You can subscribe and unsubscribe at any time from our mailing list. We keep booking records for statistical purposes and to analyse booking trends, to continally improve our service to you. If we need to send your data to be processed outside the EU, we will ensure its safety in transmission and ensure that it is used for the specified purpose only. If you would like to see the information that we hold about you and/or ask for it to be corrected or deleted please contact us. There may be a small processing fee (no more than £10) for this service.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and never share your personal details with anyone, except people who need to know for the purposes of putting on the event(s) for which you have booked.

Children & Teens

Accompanied children of any age are welcome at all events, and there are specially-priced tickets for under-18's. Parents and guardians should know that adult topics may be discussed, and these may not be appropriate for young children. Parental discretion is therefore advised. Babies must be taken outside immediately if they start to cry, to prevent distubance to others. We would generally advise against bringing toddlers, as the events would not hold their attention for any length of time. The 5-Day Retreat is suitable for adults and mature teens.

Recording

Events may be recorded and audio and/or video recordings may be offered for sale to those taking part in each event and/or to the general public. If you do not wish your voice and/or image to be included in the recording, please let a crew or staff member know before the start of the event. Please note that your image may appear incidentally in the background of a video shot while another person is being filmed, and/or in general shots of the audience. There may be a special seating zone for those who do not wish their voice and/or image to be recorded, please ask about this on your way in to the event if this is of interest to you. Personal recordings of the event are not permitted.

Photography

Photography for personal purposes is permitted when the event is not in session, provided everyone being photographed has given their consent. Please do not take photographs while the event is in progress, and please make sure to get everyone's permission before taking your photograph, even if other people only appear in the background. For professional or commercial photography please contact us in advance.
